Do you charge for quotes?
No. On-site quotes are free right across the South Coast. We'll come out, measure up, talk through your options and put it all in writing — no obligation to go ahead.
Which areas do you cover?
South Australia’s south coast — Victor Harbor, Goolwa, Port Elliot, Middleton, Aldinga and the towns in between. Not sure if you're in range? Give us a call and we'll let you know.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully insured, and every job is built to code. We can also provide builder's reports and documentation when you need them for insurance or council.
How long does a typical deck or reno take?
It depends on size and access, but most decks run one to two weeks and a bathroom renovation two to three. You'll get a realistic timeline with your quote, and we'll keep you posted as we go.
What timber and materials do you use?
For decks we mostly work in merbau, spotted gum and blackbutt, plus low-maintenance composite boards if you'd rather not oil every year. We'll walk you through the trade-offs so the choice suits your place and budget.
Can you handle changes once we've started?
Absolutely — it happens on most builds. We'll talk through what you want, price it fairly and adjust the plan without the drama. It's the part our clients mention most.
